Family Mediation

I am a non practising solicitor who has worked in Family Law for over 25 years and have been a family mediator for over 12 years.

As a member of Resolution and of the Law Society Advanced Family Panel I am keen to assist families reach decisions themselves in relation to finances and their children avoiding contested court proceedings..

I am authorised to carried out MIAMS and Publically funded assessments.

My charging rate for privately funded mediations is £100.00 per hour per person. If a party is entitled to public funding then there is no charge for them. (There is no VAT payable) Please note that while there have been major changes to public funding for solicitors there have only been minor changes for mediation.

For MIAMS assessments the charge is £85.00 if a meeting is required and £50.00 if it is not required.
